Evangelism
evangelism or witnessing is the act of preaching the gospel with the intention of sharing the message and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Baptism
Baptism is the outward act that symbolizes the inward phenomenon of coming to and accepting Jesus Christ as real, as God incarnate, as the sacrificial means by which those who believe in him can be forever reconciled to God. The purpose of baptism is to give visual testimony of our commitment to Christ. It is the first step of discipleship (Acts 8:26-39).
Education

Christian Education Ministry involves the administration and coordination of programs or strategies to facilitate the spiritual growth or discipleship of believers into Christ-likeness.

Baptizing is the first step of an outward obedience to the Lord. Baptize is an English word which means to Dip or Immerse, this indicates the proper mode to Baptize.

A Church that is failing to add citizens to the Kingdom of God is failing in its mission.
